In tetris game you have to make a full line in order to make the shapes disappear. If you place the shapes in the wrong way, they will accumulate until a point where you can't do anything and it's GAME OVER.
Similar concept to Diabetes Type 2, in which the body can create Insulin but not enough or the insulin produced is not efficient due to fat blocking the way for insulin to open the door for glucose to enter the cells. So the glucose keeps accumulating in the blood.
