Customer Obsession Keynote - Jeremy Gutsche (CEO of Trend Hunter)




I have selected this video because it breaks down a campaign in 4 areas.


Function - You can tell your customer what is your product and what it does
Benefit - Suggest the benefit
Emotional - You could make an emotional connection to the cause
Cultural connection - Here you are not speaking to someone, you are speaking WITH someone


but in order to do that you have to understand your audience and who they are


He (Gutsche) makes a point on if an emotional connection matters if only works a little bit in everyone.
